We all need a little help, sometimes. As an employer, you want your staff to be working productively at an optimal level. We can help you to achieve that. Whether your staff are experiencing depression, bereavement, lack of confidence and motivation, or if they simply need some focus to improve their performance in their working role, we offer a range of support including counselling, therapies, groups and training.
COACHING AND NLP
Experienced, qualified Coaches and NLP Master Practitioners can work at all levels of your organisation, with people looking for workplace support around performance, progression, role transition or managing change. Normal commitment 3 sessions.
Proven to support people to manage stress and anxiety. Mindfulness meditation techniques can be taught in one-off workshops, or employees can join an on-going group.
STRESS MANAGEMENT AND SELF-CARE
One-to-one or group sessions on stress management techniques.
We can offer a range of complementary therapies for you and your staff, delivered by registered professionals. In conjunction with other support, or as stand-alone packages - either to support a member of staff through a difficult time or as a thank you gift!
Therapeutic Massage - back, neck and shoulders & Indian Head Massage
A full initial assessment by an experienced therapist. During this session we work with the individual to identify the most appropriate support for them. The content of the discussion is confidential. Once needs have been assessed, we make our recommendations to you. We agree the package and the cost of delivering this bespoke intervention.
STAFF TRAINING / CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Well-being Course - tested within NHS settings. This course helps people develop a personal well-being plan and stress management skills.
