Complementary therapies and readings are available by appointment throughout the week with some availability evenings and weekends. In addition, the following regular events are held. This is not an exhaustive list.

This is a friendly and supportive drop-in group for individuals at any stage of recovery in drugs and alcohol addication. An understanding and non - judgmental group of individuals here to share and encourage each other. (please note: This group originally ran on Wednesdays, now will be on Tuesdays)
WEDNESDAY
All welcome. These meditation classes are taught by a qualified Kadampa teacher. During each class there are two relaxing guided meditations plus an explanation of a specific Buddhist teaching providing ways to remain calm and peaceful in the difficulties of our daily life. Drop in classes - no need to book. Everyone is welcome.(not run during school holidays)

A method of conscious sleep, allowing the student to reach a state of total stillness and emotional, physical & mental relaxation. A real gem of inner peace. (not run during school holidays).

A relaxed informal meditation allowing the student to connect with their inner peace, aiming to help, restore, rejuvenate from deep within focusing upon healing and letting go.
