Meditation with Sushannah
Meditation for Relaxation & Spirital Awareness - From Feb 28th this class will run in the evenings each Tuesday
6:30 till 7:30pm. The daytime class now runs once a fortnight on a Thursdays 1 till 2:30pm. Cost £5 per session. Booking essential. Please call the centre to

Learn to Meditate 6 wk course - starts Jan 21st - Saturdays 10:30-11:30am (except 2nd Saturday in month when Yoga Nidra is on
