Learn to Meditate

The 'Learn to Meditate' 6 session programme is run at intervals throughout the year. If you are interested in this beginners programme that allows people to experience meditation using various themes then please contact the centre for up and coming dates. In the meantime Sushannah facilitates a Saturday morning class where beginners are welcome:-

 

Saturdays 10:30 - 11:30am.

Cost £5 per session or just £25 for all 6 sessions paid for in advance.

 

Latest dates are as follows:-  April 7th, 28th, May 5th, 19th, 26th, June 2nd. Cost £5 per session or 6 sessions for £25 if paid in advance. Please book beforehand by calling the centre on 01287 204400 or Sushannah on 0795 10 51 858.

 

If you are one of those that thinks meditation is 'too hard' then this class is for you. It will also be of benefit for those that already have their own meditative practice. These small and friendly classes aim to help you get some 'time out' and learn various techniques that will help you de-stress and promote a greater sense of well-being.
