Yoga Nidra Workshop.

Yoga Nidra Taster Session. Date:Saturday February 9th at 10:30 till 11:30am

Facilitator: Cath Hanlon.  Cost: £7 per person. Booking Essential

 

Yoga Nidra can induce incredible calmness, quietness, relaxation and clarity.  It is a state of deep conscious sleep.  Through the practise of yoga nidra your breathing becomes deeper and your thought processes gradually slow down, allowing you to become calm and deeply relaxed.

 

During the workshop Cath will describe the benefits and practise of nidra, and gently lead you through a yoga nidra meditative exercise.

 

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket. Yoga mats will be available if you do not have one  of your own.

Angelic Reiki Attunements

 Angelic Reiki Attunements with Sushannah.

 

Angelic Reiki is a complete system of energy healing. It differs from ordinary Reiki (which involves working with Universal Energy) as the energy that comes through is pure Angelic vibration. During an Angelic Reiki treatment the healer is merely the channel or bridge that allows the angelic healing energy to pass to the recipient. This allows the beautiful energy to work on all levels of a person – the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of their being.

Walking With Angels - courses run throughout the year.

Walking With Angels

Do you wish you could tap into the loving guidance, healing and wisdom of the Angelic Realms? Then this course is the one for you!

 

Facilitator: Sushannah. 

Start Date: Monday 27th Feb.

Time: 7.00pm - 8.30 Cost: £10.

 

This course of 6 sessions will run once a week on a Monday. Places are limited therefore booking essential and participants are asked to pay a deposit of £10 to secure a place.

 

The course is designed to help you have a greater knowledge, understanding and personal experience of the Angelic Realms whilst learning in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Sessions willl include practical exercises and meditation to help you feel a real and deep connection to the angels and your own Guardian Angel. The course will cover sessions on Guardian Angels, Angels of Love, Earth Angels, Angels of Healing, tapping into Angelic Guidance and an Introduction to the Archangels.

 

This group is designed for beginners but those already used to working with the Angelic Realms will also benefit and participants are encouraged to share their own experiences and learn from each other. Later in the year participants may go on to enrol for Sushannah's course on developing a deeper connection with the Archangels or other courses on Ascension and the Ascended Masters.

 

 

 

Walking with Archangels and Ascended Masters

This course is for those who are already used to working with Angels and Ascended Masters, such as via Angelic Reiki. It is for the serious student who wishes to deepen their connection to the Angelic & Spiritual realms and gain experiential knowledge of working with these wonderful beings of Light.

Psychic & Spiritual Development Weekend Workshop

Total Cost £75.

This course has been designed for people like those who say that they would love to attend one of our courses run on an evening (see below), but cannot for either work or child-care related issues. 

 

This course is aimed to help you further your spiritual gifts and bring forward your innate psychic gifts in a safe and friendly environment.

 

You will learn to:

- increase your sensitivity to energies,

- learn about protection, closing down & grounding,

- learn to link with spirit guides,

- learn to develop your own meditative practice to increase awareness of your own inner guidance and intution,

- learn to develop a greater sense of discernment and awareness.

Psychic & Spiritual Development Course.

Due to popular demand more of these courses, suitable for anyone who has an interest in the bigger questions in life and who wishes to explore their spirituality in a safe environment are planned for Spring 2012

 

The course introduces subjects including meditation, the importance of grounding, chakras, healing & Spirit Guides. This course is also an excellent start for anyone who is interested in developing their own intuition or the psychic gifts that are within us all.

Meridian Tapping Technique Workshop.

Meridian Tapping Technique is a gentle,practical, simple and interactive method which can be used on all of your family as a first aid tool and kiss it better healing technique.

 

This one day introductory workshop provides knowledge and experience of the Tapping Technique,offers an insight into energy therapy and gives you a first aid tool which can be readily and easily used to treat yourself, your family and friends in a variety of situations.  

 

Tapping on points along the body's energy lines (meridians) can release negative emotions and restore mental and emotional harmony. The Meridian Tapping Technique can be used to repair blockages or disturbances in the body's energy system created by emotional challenges and stress. 

 

This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in the way in which MTT can be used for their personal and professional development and offers a first step for those wishing to become MTT practitioners.

An Introduction to Numerology

   On 1st July 2012 there will be a full day workshop on the fascinating subject of Numerology.www.NumerologyWorld.Org

 

We're delighted to welcome Sonia Ducie to the centre. Sonia Ducie Dip.CSN.AIN.  is an experienced Numerologist: she is the author of 14
books, has written numerology columns for Marie Claire and The Express, and is regularly called upon for her expertise by the media. She trained at the Connaissance School Of Numerology, and gives Numerology workshops and consultations to individuals and businesses. Sonia also holds professional qualifications in Reflexology and Holistic Massage and writes general health related features for the mainstream media.

Unlocking doors in your mind that open into your past lives - or - Who do you think you were? Have you ever wondered whether the events or experiences of a past life experience influences your behaviour,habits or phobias in your present life? 

 

The aim of this introductory workshop is to begin your search for past live information, to take you on an exciting voyage into your personal past live experiences and allow you to safely access and relive important events or situations which may connect to your present life.  .

 

Frank will help you to uncover memories hidden deep in your subconscious mind by using visualisation techniques and hypnosis during two gentle,experiential sessions,within a group situation. You will be able to ask questions before and after both sessions and share your story with the group, if time permits.

 

Please bring an open mind,your questions,an exercise book or journal and writing equipment to record your experiences. Also it is adviseable to wear comfortable clothesr to aid your relaxation process.
